Sabina Grubbeson

SABINA GRUBBESON was born in 1973 and lives in Varberg. She trained in art and design in the early 2000s. After her training, she worked as a designer for a Swedish company that produced lighting. It was therefore natural, when she started her own design studio in 2010, that she should begin by designing lighting. Since then, Sabina has designed a series of successful products for different brands. Sabina's designs are often based on problem-solving. Something missing, or something that needs to be improved. Not creation for its own sake, but rather to fill an empty space.

Sabina has designed Abisko for Mavis. Several of them are unique single pieces with a strong identity.
